So the inspiration behind this one was from a while ago. I was just coming home from the city on a train. It was a grey gross day and as I looked back at the city, I saw this MASSIVE heart balloon. I wish wish WISH I had a camera on me, because it was gorgeous! I later found out that a guy had put the balloon there and asked his girlfriend to marry him. Adorable!
I know how much you guys like it when I use my eyelashes, so I did the same as my city eyes, but this time just stuck with the silver instead of the gold.
